Yes. We start with a health check and tell you about anything that needs fixing before the plan begins.
What counts as a small edit?
Changes that take up to an hour in total each month, such as text, images, prices or a new staff profile. Bigger changes are quoted separately before we start.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. See our refund and cancellation policy.
What if my site is hacked?
If your site is on a care plan, we restore it from a clean backup and close the security hole at no extra cost.
