We provide digital services only, so nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

1. What we deliver

Websites, online stores, web apps, designs, brand assets, SEO work, chatbot setups and reports. All are delivered electronically.

2. How delivery works

• Progress: a live preview link you can open on any device, updated during the project.
• Websites: launched on your own domain and hosting account.
• Files: designs, logos, source code and documents shared by email, a secure download link or a code repository you own.
• Reports: monthly care and SEO reports sent by email or WhatsApp.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery dates are agreed in your written quote. Typical timelines are 1–2 weeks for a landing page, 3–4 weeks for a business website and 5–6 weeks for an online store. Timelines depend on receiving your content, feedback and access on time.

4. International clients

Delivery works the same way everywhere. We schedule calls in your time zone and share everything online.

5. Confirmation and support

We confirm each delivery by email. If you can't access something we've delivered, contact us and we'll resend it within one working day.
