Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For automated WhatsApp replies at scale, yes. We help you set up the WhatsApp Business Platform with a provider and explain any messaging charges Meta applies, which are paid directly to them.
What happens to customer data in the chats?
Conversations are stored only in the tools you choose, such as your Google Sheets or CRM. We configure them following our privacy policy and the data protection laws that apply to you.
