How long does it take to build a website?
A landing page takes one to two weeks and a business website three to four. Online stores take five to six weeks. The schedule is agreed in writing on day one, and you see progress on a live preview link every week.
Do you work with clients outside my city or country?
Yes. We work with businesses across India and around the world over video calls, WhatsApp and email. Distance has never been a problem: every step happens online, and you get the same two check-ins a week.
Can you work with my existing logo, content or website?
Yes. We can build on your current logo, photos and text, refresh them, or move your old website to a faster one while protecting the Google rankings you already have.
What platforms do you build on?
Mostly Next.js and WordPress, with WooCommerce or headless commerce for online stores. We recommend the platform that suits your content, budget and growth plans after the first call.
Do you write the content for my website?
We can. Copywriting is available as an add-on from ₹2,999. Otherwise we give you a simple content checklist and help you shape what you write.
Do you provide photography?
We use your photos, carefully licensed stock or AI-generated imagery created for your brand. We can also brief a photographer for you.

How much does a website cost?
A one-page landing site starts at ₹6,999 and a five-page business website at ₹14,999. Online stores start at ₹29,999 and custom web apps at ₹59,999. No GST is added. Every project gets a fixed written quote before any work or payment. See pricing for details.
How do payments work?
Projects are paid in three parts: 50% advance to start, 30% after design approval and 20% at launch. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards, and issue a proper invoice for every payment. Read our refund and cancellation policy.
Do you charge GST?
No. Harnika Design is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added: the price on your quote is what you pay us. Any third-party costs, such as your domain, are listed separately. If we register in future, GST will be shown separately on quotes and invoices from that date.
Can I get a refund?
Advances cover work that is scheduled and started, so they are generally not refundable once work begins, but you only ever pay for work completed. The full terms are in our refund and cancellation policy.

Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain, hosting account, code and design files are registered to you. There is no lock-in, and you can take your site anywhere.
What happens after my website launches?
You get a month of free fixes and a handover call showing you how to edit your site. After that, an optional care plan covers hosting, backups, security updates, small edits and a monthly report.
Who owns the copyright in my website?
On full payment, the copyright in the custom design and code we create for you is assigned to you. Third-party items such as open-source software, fonts and plugins stay under their own licences.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
Yes. We start with a health check and then offer a care plan or a fixed quote for fixes and improvements.

Will my website rank on Google?
Every site launches with technical SEO, schema markup, fast load times, a sitemap and a Google Business Profile check. Rankings depend on competition and content, so no honest studio can promise first place. Our monthly SEO plans add the steady work that moves you up.
Do you run Google Ads or social media ads?
Yes, as part of our growth work. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google or Meta; our management fee is quoted separately.
Will you set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google Business Profile setup or optimisation is included in the business website package and available on its own as part of local SEO.

What data does this website collect?
Very little. Forms on this site open WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready; we don't store what you type on the website. Optional analytics run only if you accept them. See our privacy policy.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Use our data request page or email us. We confirm receipt and act on verified requests within 30 days.
Do you collect data from children?
No. Our services are for businesses and adults, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
